What cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, including debit cards that carry one of those marks.
Can I pay with a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card?
Yes. Three things help it go through: the card must be activated, its balance must cover your full total, and registering the card in your name with your ZIP code on the card company’s website helps our checkout accept it.
My card was declined. What happened?
Your bank or card company makes that call, not this store, and a declined try never charges you. The usual reasons are a mistyped card number, expiration date, or ZIP code, a prepaid gift card that has not been registered yet, or a balance below the total. Check the details and try again, or use a different card.
Do you take Cash App Pay, PayPal, or other payment apps?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Square.
After you order
I paid. Where is my download?
Your download links are on your order page and in the email we send you. If the email is not in your inbox, look in your spam or promotions folder.
My file will not open, or I received the wrong file. What happens?
Broken or wrong files are always fixed or replaced. Write to us at rhausmann@itiswrittensolutions.com and we will make it right.
